C. Renewable Energy Program- TORNADO TAWERS
Hybrid solar-wind turbines "TORNADO TAWERS" with a substation of electric power supply will be produced with a power capacity of: 0.5 kW, 1 kW, 5 kW, 10 kW up to 1 MW.
Our international team of the BSV company has done a lot of work to create a fundamentally a new approach in the development of solar-wind energy generator, namely, the creation of a series of wind turbines with a vertical axis rotation type "Tornado Towers".
This design is by far the most promising for creating generators of small and medium power - from 5 kW to 100 kW.
This is the most modern and perfect design that allows you to generate electricity as if low wind speeds (from 0.5 m/s to hurricane winds).
Wind turbines of small and medium power of this type are widely used in the United States.
The only drawback of this design is bulkiness.
Our task was to keep the principle of formation of tornado vortex flows and reduce height of the "Tornado Tower" and increase the efficiency of the wind turbine by combining two kinetic energies - wind energy and the energy of ascending air currents.
Preliminary calculations by changing the dimensions of the "Tornado Tower" and creating conditions for the occurrence
vortex inside the proposed design showed the possibility of changing the design of the wind turbine and reducing its size without losing power.
Samples that were made according to the proposed mathematical models showed the advantages of this way of obtaining energy both at minimum wind speeds and at maximum.
In the process of selection and research of materials for the manufacture of the main parts of this wind turbine unique composite materials were obtained using as one of the components two and three-layer graphene dispersions, which allows the use of this technology in other areas mechanical engineering, including the aircraft industry.


Significant advantages from the blade technologies to the wind turbines with a vertical axis of rotation of the "Tornado" type on the example of a 10 kW/hour installation:
1. Complete absence of noise below 35 db from a working installation. No other blade installation can be installed close to a residential area or animals, as characteristic noise and ultrasound from the blades and mechanisms are emitted.
2. The dimensions of our 10 kW installation are 2 meters, and the blade installation is 10 meters in diameter. Minimum requirements for transportation to our installations. It is convenient for transportation without special travel.
3. The support mast is 8 meters standard pipe with a diameter of 80mm. Small concrete works regarding the strengthening accordingly, heavy crane equipment is not needed.
4. The starting wind speed for our installations is from 0.5 m/s - and the start of generation is from
1.1 meters per second, and for blade installations it starts from 3-4 meters per second, and energy efficiency is already 6-8 times higher than analogues at the start.
5. In our installations, the rated output voltage is stable 220V when starting the installation with minimal wind, unlike numerous counterparts where the nominal value starts from 96V and only when entering the workload with a wind of 10-11 meters per second can reach 220V. Some manufacturers correct this ailment due to additional equipment for equalizing the output voltage, but this is a different price category...
6. The weight of our 10 kW assembly unit is about 250 kg, while analogues weigh from 600 kg. It is not difficult to assume that logistics will be three times more expensive, especially since the cargo is always non-baritic at blade installations.
7. WARRANTY: Existing offers from suppliers for blade wind turbines are 1-2 years, although they claim a service life of 20 years, but we give a 10-year warranty with an estimated life of the installation of 25 years.
8. The time for installation and connection of 1 blade installation for 10 kW takes 8-10 hours and requires 3 specialists, while our 10 kW installation is installed and connected in 2 hours by one employee, which also significantly saves customers' money!
9. We guarantee the repurchase of our installation from the customer within 5 years after purchase at a pre-agreed price.
10. Our own service department always responds promptly to emerging requests from customers, as well as remotely monitors the operation of each device during the entire life of the installation.
11. We work with the largest leasing companies, which allows us to develop an individual "Service contract" - where the client will pay for the electricity consumed, and not for the wind turbine. The customer service will bring, connect and maintain their installations, and the customer will only have to pay the meter for the consumed kW.
12. We are ready to work out the tasks individually with each client and find the optimal solution!

Renewable energy has great potential and these areas will be an important part of this technological revolution.
Our work is aimed at creating a fundamentally new approach to the development of solar-wind energy, namely, the creation of a series of wind turbines with a vertical axis of rotation of the "Tornado" type.
Our aim to organize the production and carry out the release of innovative products: "Tornado Hybrid solar-wind turbines" of different capacities; urban autonomous lighting masts with network infrastructure for monitoring, Internet access and video surveillance; autonomous mobile boxes (AMB); energy storage devices; electric vehicle charging stations.

The scalability of the technology makes it possible to gradually launch the production of 4 different types of solar-wind turbines from 250 W to 1 MW of power, depending on the financing and the chosen strategy for forming the wind power market.
