A. Dube TradePort is a Special Economic Zone

JV's between SUNRISE SA HQ Co-Operative LTD & WETER LLC's as General constraction partner

Our international team of the BSV company has done a lot of work to create a fundamentally a new approach in the development of solar-wind energy generator, namely, the creation of a series of wind turbines with a vertical axis rotation type "Tornado Towers".
This design is by far the most promising for creating generators of small and medium power - from 5 kW to 100 kW.

This is the most modern and perfect design that allows you to generate electricity as if low wind speeds (from 0.5 m/s to hurricane winds).
Wind turbines of small and medium power of this type are widely used in the United States.
The only drawback of this design is bulkiness.

Our task was to keep the principle of formation of tornado vortex flows and reduce height of the "Tornado Tower" and increase the efficiency of the wind turbine by combining two kinetic energies - wind energy and the energy of ascending air currents.

Preliminary calculations by changing the dimensions of the "Tornado Tower" and creating conditions for the occurrence
vortex inside the proposed design showed the possibility of changing the design of the wind turbine and reducing its size without losing power.
Samples that were made according to the proposed mathematical models showed the advantages of this way of obtaining energy both at minimum wind speeds and at maximum.

In the process of selection and research of materials for the manufacture of the main parts of this wind turbine unique composite materials were obtained using as one of the components two and three-layer graphene dispersions, which allows the use of this technology in other areas mechanical engineering, including the aircraft industry.

The proposal with the use of video material demonstrates a multi-level infrastructure system of the SA Durban city in combination with power generating buildings, the combination of their location, function and interaction, providing an innovative arrangement of infrastructure and creating a distinctive architectural image of this territory. It should be noted that the new infrastructural concept of a part of the territory of Durban expands the limits of the multi-level system of urban communication, it provides for the creation of production areas, industrial facilities with a possible closed cycle of production, as well as the placement of administrative, public and social facilities within the multi-level system of the city.

Such placement of infrastructure facilities, systematization of production sphere and communication links allows to create a compact, efficient and safe multilevel urban system. Infrastructural concept of urban area development and technology of urban area renovation can become a commercial platform for the most advanced plans, minimize environmental damage caused by human activities, act as an economic and social engine of progress, stimulate the development of technological and industrial innovations, economic sectors with optimal logistics process, maximum productivity and "clean energy". The proposed concept is fully consistent with the goals and objectives of the Durban Urban Master Plan and has a perspective for use in the territory of Durban.

The prepared proposal for the new infrastructure concept for the Dube TradePort is a Special Economic Zone is planned to be submitted to the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government through the construction Dube TradePort Company for consideration and possible implementation, to be used in negotiations with the business community, to present the concept at briefings and forums.
