The technology of cosmogeophysical forecasting of mineral deposits is a type of, firstly, remote sensing of oil and gas promising areas using special (mainly scanner, digital) imaging equipment of spacecraft in the interests of obtaining satellite images of these territories, and secondly, decoding and interpretation, i.e. . recognition of search objects - deposits, hydrocarbons - in the subsoil from their images on satellite images, and, finally, thirdly, compiling (forming) maps of cosmogeophysical forecast of oil and gas content of the studied areas in the cartographic projection required by the Customer. The object of research when implementing the technology is a natural exploration object - a deposit (lens) of oil / gas / gas condensate in the subsoil confined to the study area. The subject of the study is a spectral image of a deposit (lens), usually on zonal or synthesized images of a multispectral satellite image, which clearly presents information about the oil and gas potential of a prospecting object in a form convenient for the Customer. The result of the study is a 3D Map of cosmogeophysical forecast of oil and gas content, which reflects all the features and, at the same time, includes a number of new elements, for example, such as the contours of hydrocarbon lenses, isopachs, recommended forecast points for drilling exploratory wells, etc.
