Sovereign International Tertiary Cooperative Limited (hereinafter referred to as the SRSA SITC) is a
Sovereign Subject under International Law.
SRSA SITC is fundamentally distinct in its legal foundation from other typical legal entities both in South Africa and in other countries and is a free Sovereign Society that is not subject to taxation.
The total number of shareholders of consumer, mutual and cooperative societies fall under the law on non-disclosure of personal data. In this regard, any proposals to disclose this set of information are illegal.
International Consumer Societies can legally have their own Treasuries (not controlled by an external regulator) and all shareholders of the International Consumer Societies automatically have their accounts in this Treasury.
Information about the availability of accounts and accounting of instalments, as well as settlements within the Treasury falls into the category of banking and treasury secrets.
Accounts opened in any bank or other type of financial institution by the Sovereign International Consumer Society or by the Treasury of this Society is deemed to be a treasury account of a Sovereign Society, and it cannot be blocked by a bank, or any other type of financial institution without a declaratory order handed down by the International Court, or by way of an order of the Society itself.
The basic goals of the cooperative include the economic, social and ecological development of the SRSA SITC's projects
DEBT RELIEF
Debt relief of the members (debtors) towards all financial institutions in which they have debts.
PROJECTS
Support and financing of projects of natural and legal persons.
HUMAN SUPPORT
Support of the person, family, and people living in poverty and on the border of poverty.
INDEPENDENCE
A free and financially independent member without debts.
DEVELOPMENT
Creation of sustainable and permanent development of cities, towns and regions.
FREEDOM
Implementation of steps leading to the liberation of the Nation from financial and social dependence.
CREATIVITY
Support of commercial, infrastructural, social and humanitarian projects within regions and cities

2. We are committed to ending poverty and hunger in all its forms and manifestations. Our aim is to ensure that the SRSA SITC members live in a fair, legally equal and healthy environment.
3. We are determined to protect SRSA SITC shareholders from degradation and economic genocide by introducing sound, rational models of behaviour in consumption as well as in production. With the equitable use of natural resources that are in harmony and harmony with nature.
4. We are committed and have the resources necessary to implement our goals and the goals of SRSA SITC members.
